FAQs

Any bike suitable for mixed terrain riding. Gravel bikes, mountain bikes, or cyclocross bikes work well. We recommend bikes with wider tires (35mm+) for comfort on varied surfaces.

Pack cycling clothing for various weather conditions, personal items, and any specific bike parts you might need. We'll provide a detailed packing list upon registration.

We operate on a self-organized, communal model. Breakfast and dinner are typically shared meals, so everyone contributes — both to grocery shopping and cooking.
For convenience, we usually ask participants to pool funds on arrival day (per villa) to cover groceries, drinks, and shared household supplies. Alternatively, we use the Splitwise app to track shared expenses.
Of course, you're always free to eat out at local cafés or restaurants if you prefer.

The camp fee includes accommodation, guided rides, support vehicle, basic mechanical support, and group activities. Food and personal expenses are separate.

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before camp start. 50% refund for 15-29 days notice. No refund for cancellations within 14 days of camp start.

We offer flexible options for shorter stays (minimum 5 days) or extended stays. Contact us to discuss custom arrangements and pricing.

We recommend 35-45mm tires for optimal performance on mixed terrain. Wider tires provide better comfort and traction on gravel sections.

Essential items include helmet, cycling shoes, gloves, sunglasses, and basic repair tools. We'll provide a comprehensive gear list upon registration.

We provide a full workshop with professional tools, bike stands, and spare parts. Our mechanic is available for assistance and repairs.

Participants are responsible for their own travel and cycling insurance. We recommend comprehensive coverage including medical and bike protection.

Pack for variable weather: base layers, cycling jerseys, shorts, arm/leg warmers, rain jacket, and warm layers for cooler mornings and evenings.

Most airlines accept bikes as checked baggage. We recommend using a bike box or bag. Some participants prefer to rent bikes locally - we can help arrange this.
